One troop leader will register your group by reserving a housing unit (booking a cabin or yurt), instead of registering by person. Make sure you pay attention to the capacity of the housing option you are reserving. As long as Safety Activity Checkpoints (page 5) Girl Scout/adult ratios are met for your troop’s age level, you may bring whatever ratio you wish. Approximately six weeks prior to your session, we will send an email asking for the names and emails of all participants. We’ll also ask you to select which staff-led activities your cabin would like to do and ask about dietary needs and special accommodations for your group.
All Troop Camps will include:
- Staff-led activities chosen by your troop prior to arrival. The number of activities you will have depends on how many days you are staying.
- An all-camp game and campfire led by staff.
- Troop time where activities are planned and facilitated by the troop, without camp staff present. The amount of troop time you have depends on how many days you are staying.
Singing Hills
- Troop camp at Singing Hills is a great option for younger troops or troops who are coming to camp for the first time. Older, more experienced troops can also enjoy troop camp at Singing Hills if they are looking for a shorter camp experience.
- All meals will be prepared by our cooks and served in the dining hall
